Introducing the Common Grounds Initiative
The Common Grounds Initiative is the Cultural Liaison Network's first collaborative effort, designed to address shared challenges within Utah's diverse communities. During biannual meetings, representatives will engage in focused discussions, workshops, and collaborative activities to identify pressing issues of common concern. Subcommittees may be formed to conduct research and propose solutions, with their findings presented to the group for discussion and a collective vote on initiatives and actions to pursue. These efforts aim to influence political, academic, and community structures, fostering real change and addressing the shared concerns of all cultural groups. The initiative empowers leaders to work together in creating impactful solutions that benefit the broader Utah community.
